Edit:-

Nurul urged youths to vote wisely in the upcoming election, by virtue of intolerance towards dirty politics.

The 2008 elections brought the power of change back into the people’s hands, and they want change, affirmed Dato’ Ambiga Sreenevasan, Chairperson of the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections.

Given the results of the last election, Nurul hints the next election holds possibilities for “a new script” of liberation.

Ambiga agrees, explaining that change will come if voters demand for it by making their votes count.

However, registering as voters alone is insufficient and voters must know their rights, stressed Ambiga.

The youth especially must be alert to the politicking and vote the right leaders in during the upcoming elections.

“We are a young nation, don’t forget that.” warned Nurul on the power of youth in changing the nation.
